A well-known and respected member of the Mansfield Community, Lewie was an incredibly talented and skilled professional framer and operated his own business under the name of Davison Builders in Mansfield for the past fifty-five years. Lewie's family and friends were truly the focal point of his life. He was an avid golfer, a member and past president for many years of the Willowdale Golf Course in Mansfield. The time with his golf league was some of his favorite days. And, the food! He was so quick to tell you the story of his two hole-in-ones that occurred during his league days!!

Lewie's most enjoyable moments included dancing with family and friends to his favorite songs and creating memories during his annual Cape Cod Fourth of July vacations. He will always be remembered for his strong work ethic, his remarkable sense of humor, his love for comic strips, the weather, Reader’s Digest, reading, story/joke telling,”rapping,” and the beep and a wave outside of his truck window to all that knew him.

He is survived by his devoted daughters: Kristen Lee Davison and her fiancé John Josey, Jr. of North Attleboro, Jennifer Paine Davison Dowd and her husband John Dowd of Atlanta, Georgia and Mary Katherine Eastwood and her longtime significant other Brian Feeney of Mansfield. He was the loving grandfather of Jordan Lee Sharpe, Stephen Michael Sharpe and Emmaline Lee Dowd. He was the beloved fiancé of Diane Marvelle of Walpole. He was the brother of Diane Davison Rasar of Anchorage, Alaska, Larry M. Matson of Brockton and the late Gail Matson Ferreira. He is also survived by his former wife and friend Virginia L.
