James M. Maki, 62, of Westport died Saturday, September 10, 2011 at Charlton Memorial Hospital. He was the husband of Lillian P. Rousseau.
Born in Worcester, son of the late Oiva and Mary (Toomey) Maki, he had lived in Dartmouth for most of his life. Mr. Maki was the owner / operator of Jimaki Homes, Dartmouth, MA and the owner of the former Hair Repair Shop. Including his wife, survivors include a son: Adam L. Maki of Weymouth, MA; 2 brothers: Paul Maki of NC and David Maki of MN; a sister: Andrea Keller of MA; and several nieces and nephews. Memorial visitation to which relatives and friends are invited will be Wednesday, September 14, from 4-7PM at the POTTER FUNERAL HOME. Interment service will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to your favorite charity.
