STANTON-KENNEY, Patricia (O’Brien) – Of Wellesley, September 9, 2011. Beloved wife of F. Michael Kenney. Devoted mother of Robert Stanton Jr. of Bellingham, Terrance Stanton of North Olmstead, OH and Sean Stanton of Maynard. Also survived by 6 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
Funeral from the George F. Doherty & Sons Funeral Home, 477 Washington St. (Rt.16) WELLESLEY, Wednesday, September 14th at 9 AM. Funeral Mass in St. Paul’s Church, Wellesley, at 10 AM. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Visiting hours Tuesday, September 13th from 4-8 PM. Interment private.

She attended Wellesley elementary schools and graduated from St. Bernard’s High School, West Newton class of 1952 and Boston University School of Nursing class of 1953. She worked in drug and alcohol rehabilitation at Leonard Morse Hospital.
