David L. Hull, 71, of Derry, NH died Tuesday, September 6, 2011 at the Parkland Medical Center, Derry, NH. He was born on June 29, 1940 in Boston, MA, a son of the late Courtland and Ola (Smith) Hull. David was a resident of Derry since 1969 and was a call firefighter for the Derry Fire Department for 20 years. He honorably served our country with the US Navy. Mr. Hull worked as an injection molding technician for Gillette Safety Razor for 32 years. He loved to watch baseball and hockey with his family and going fishing. He was a devoted husband, loving father and grandfather.
He is survived by his wife of nearly 47 years, Norma (Shearer) Hull of Derry, one daughter, Victoria A. Berry of Barnstead, NH, one son, Matthew D. Hull of Derry, six grandchildren, Bryan Berry, Rebekah Berry, Kaila Hull, Brandon Hull, Elizabeth Hull, and Stephanie Arsenault, and one great grandchild. He was predeceased by his three brothers and one sister.
There are no calling hours. Following cremation, a memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 17, 2011 at 1:00PM at St. Luke’s United Methodist Church, 63 East Broadway, Derry.
