Elizabeth Ozga Ciesielski of Olyphant died Friday at Lackawanna Health and Rehab Facility, Blakely. Her husband of 55 years, Edmund, died Dec. 23, 2005.
Born in Olyphant on Oct. 25, 1920, daughter of the late Anthony and Sophie Wozniak Ozga, she was a lifelong member of St. Michael the Archangel Church and a graduate of Olyphant High School. The family would like to thank the staff at Lackawanna Health and Rehab for its kindness and compassion.
Surviving are two daughters, Mary Keyasko and husband, John, Dickson City; and Ann Mack and husband, James, Olyphant; four grandchildren, Michael and Michelle Keyasko, Dickson City; and Ryan and Adam Mack, Olyphant; a sister-in-law, Mary Ozga, Olyphant; two nieces, Eleanor Ohal, Olyphant; and Carolyn Stumpf, Clarks Summit; other nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. She was also preceded in death by three sisters, Stella Ohal, Rose and Helen Ozga; and a brother, John Ozga.
The funeral will be Tuesday from the Michael P. Glinsky Funeral Home Inc., Willow and Grant streets, Olyphant, with Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. in Holy Cross Church, Olyphant.
