Pasquale C. “Pat” Ferullo, passed away suddenly on Thursday morning, February 19, at the Lahey Clinic in Burlington, the husband of Louise J. (Pepe) Hede Ferullo of Woburn and the late Grace (Vassallo) Ferullo, he was 77 years old.
Born in Everett, he was the son of the late Josephine (Della Russo) and Michael Ferullo, stepson of the late Louise (Taurasi) Ferullo, he attended Medford public schools and lived in Medford before taking up residence in Woburn in 1954.
Pat graduated from the New England School of Anatomy and Sanitary Science, where he was trained as a funeral director and embalmer. He worked for a number of years as a director and embalmer in greater Boston. He later took a position as a manager in the textile industry retiring in 1978 because of failing health.
He was a US Army Veteran of World War II, a member of the the VFW Post 1012 of Medford, and during his retirement he enjoyed cross word puzzles, woodworking, sitting in the sun and being with his family.
Surviving along with his wife Louise, are his daughters Sandra Kelly of Westford, Denise Villanueva and her husband Dr. Andrew of Andover, Cheryl White and her husband Chuck of Burlington. Also eleven loving grandchildren and his sister Eleanor Rizzo of Medford.
He was predeceased by his wife Grace (Vassallo) and his daughter Doreen G. Murray and two brothers John and Michael Ferullo Jr.
His funeral will be held form the McLaughlin - Dello Russo Funeral Home, 60 Pleasant St. Woburn, on Monday, February 23, at 8 a.m., followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Charles Church, 280 Main St. Woburn at 9. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford
