Passed away peacefully surrounded by family. Preceded in death by parents George and Phyllis Carlton and sister Judith (Frank) Neisch. Survived by sons Larry (Anita), Rick, Steve and Tim (Barbra) Macdonald; 6 grandchildren; 1 great granddaughter; special sister Geneva Peloquin; and brother Paul (Barbara) Carlton. Jan will also be missed by extended family and many friends in MN and AZ. Celebration of Life Thursday, August 25, 2011 at 11:00 AM at ST. MARK'S EV. LUTHERAN CHURCH, 2499 N. Helen St. (Door 7W), North St. Paul. Visitation Wednesday, August 24, 2011 from 5-8 pm at SANDBERG FUNERAL HOME, 2593 E. 7th Ave., North St. Paul, and one hour prior to service at church.
