Age 70 Of North St. Paul Died on August 19, 2011. Survived by wife Janis (nee Kolar); children Stacie (Bob) & Ronald (Sara); grandchildren Jackie, Anna, Katie, Jackson & Adeline; 2 great grandsons; 5 brothers and 2 sisters. Also survived by many family members and friends. A gathering of family and friends to celebrate the life of Joel will be held Tuesday, August 23rd at SANDBERG FUNERAL HOME, 2593 E. 7th Avenue, North St. Paul from 5-8:00 PM.
