Louise L. (France) Schneider, 84, of Roslindale died August 15, 2011 at the Medway Country Manor Nursing Home.
She was the wife of the late William H. Schneider Jr.
Born in Amesbury on May 15, 1927, she was the daughter of the late Alexander & Amelia (Soyka) France.
Mrs. Schneider was a longtime employee of Armstrong Laboratories in West Roxbury.
She is survived by her daughter Christine Schneider and her husband, David Rainsford of Millis and her sister Frances DiSalvio of Quincy.
She was the moither of the late William F. and Richard A. Schneider, sister of the late Stanley and Chester France and sister-in-law of the late Sr. Maxima Schneider.
Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, August 17 from 9 - 10 a.m. in the Ginley Funeral Home of Franklin, 131 Main St., Franklin followed by graveside services at Forest Hills Cemetery, Boston at 11 a.m.
