DUMAS - Rocky Dumas, 64, passed away Sunday, August 14, 2011 at his Fernandina Beach residence. He was a native of Henderson, TX and moved to Fernandina Beach, FL in 2000. Mr. Dumas graduated magna cum laude from Stephen F. Austin State College in Nacogdoches, TX with both bachelor and masters degrees. He also retired as a professor at Stephen F. Austin State College. He enjoyed spending time with friends . Mr. Dumas is survived by his sister, Dawn Tillery Baker and by his friends at Ocean Park Condominiums and at Gazebo number 4 at the Main Beach in Fernandina.
