Obituary

Linda A. Gabert, 68, of Manchester, died August 8, 2011 at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon.

She was born in Goffstown, September 11, 1942 to James and Mary Alice (Cullen) Ellison. She was raised in Bedford, NH and was a longtime resident of Manchester, NH

She had worked in the banking industry as an administrative assistant for many years.

Linda was a communicant of St. Francis of Assisi Church in Litchfield where she served as an Eucharistic Minister.

She enjoyed walking and spending time at Newfound Lake.

Linda was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother and friend.

She was predeceased by her husband of 45 years, Norman E. Gabert who died in 2008.

Family members include two daughters, Norlyn M. Florence and her husband, Chester, of Apopka, FL and Mary Ileen Michaud of Manchester; two sons, David A. Gabert and his wife, Susan, of Manchester and Darryl J. Gabert and his wife, Jeannie of Hill, NH; 14 grandchildren; nieces and nephews.



A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated Friday, August 12, 2011 at St. Francis of Assisi Church, Litchfield, NH. Burial followed in the NH State Veterans Cemetery, Boscawen, where committal prayers were conducted.
