Mariana (DaSilva) DeBarros, 74, of New Bedford died Thursday August 4, 2011 at home.
Born in Brava, Cape Verde, the daughter of the late Francisco and Ana J. (DaGraca) DaSilva, she lived in New Bedford for the past 50 years.
She was a member of Jehovah's Witnesses in New Bedford.
Survivors include two daughters, Nancy DeBarros and Michelle DeBarros, both of New Bedford; a sister, Inez DaSilva of Georgia; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She was the grandmother of the late Josue Joshua Aviles, and sister of the late Maria Class and Daniel DaSilva.
Her Memorial Service will be held on Saturday August 13th at 1 PM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 742 County St., New Bedford. Visiting hours are omitted.
