Dianne Mary (Hebert) Crosbie, 59, of North Brookfield, passed away on Friday, August 5, in her home, surrounded by her loving family. She was born to Evelyn and Norman Hebert of Spencer MA in Worcester.
She is survived by her husband Tom, her son Kevin Jamack and his wife Rhonda, sister Irene Hebert and her spouse Carol, stepdaughter Tiffany Beausoleil and her husband Robbie, stepson Jason Crosbie his wife Laurie, and six grandchildren: Madison and Riliegh Jamack, Nicholas Forti, Brendan Beausoleil, and Jack and Emma Crosbie. Also surviving, are her niece Elizabeth Wilder her husband Dale, and nephew Gregory Cupcake Sauer and his wife Lisa. She was especially close to her sister-in-law Judy Johns and her husband Roger of Utah and all of the Johns family. She also dearly loved her aunts Laura Bouvier, Pauline Zalauskas and Jeannette St. Germain.
Dianne was an amazing “people person.” All who met her were instantly drawn to her loving nature, quirky sense of humor and incredible sense of adventure. Every place she work her organizational and people skills moved her quickly to the top. She spent 25 years in the insurance industry, the last several years advocating tirelessly and lovingly on behalf of Tom‘s “Mum” Kathy and step dad, “Willie” whom she adored . For the last 7 years she enjoyed working at the Abby Kelly Foster Charter Public School as the enrollment coordinator, where she made wonderful friendships and often exclaimed “ This is the best job I have ever had“.
Although she wasn’t particularly fond of flying, Dianne loved to travel. She loved the cross-country trips with her husband Tom for family reunions throughout the West via Las Vegas. She loved Broadway shows and she and Tom took annual trips to New York City.
Dianne always spoke with fondness of her annual vacations in Dennisport on the Cape, “Grindel’s”, which began when she was a young girl with her parents, Irene, and close relatives.
In addition to her wonderful laugh, Dianne was known for her love of animals, especially her cats Dante and Sophie. She was the consummate homemaker and worked to make her home not only beautiful, but warm and inviting. She enjoyed crafts, especially stamping and card making. Her beautiful and clever homemade cards were considered keepsake treasures by their receivers and her Christmas house transformation into a snowman filled, Dicken’s Village wonderland, “Gramma Tom, when we gonna put up the Dickens buildings?” was a feast for the eyes.
She was often teased about her love for the three S’s: Shopping, shoes, and soap operas, but everyone knew her greatest joy was her family. Her husband Tom was the love of her life, which shown through their wonderful marriage. She also cherished spending time with all of her beautiful grandchildren, Kevin’s two and three day visits through her illness, Irene’s morning calls, spontaneous shopping trips, dinners and games during holiday visits, “I did win last year’s egg war, Carol”, at Irene’s house with Carol, Cupcake, Lizzy Bizzy, Dale, Lili, Auntie Jaybird, and friends.

A Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, August 9 at 7 P.M. in the J. HENRI MORIN & SON FUNERAL HOME, 23 Maple Terr., Spencer. Calling hours will precede the Service from 4-7 P.M. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory, may be made to Second Chance Animal Shelter at 372 North Main St., North Brookfield, MA., 01535.
