Josette A. Sweatt, 86, of Clarksville, TN died Friday, August 5, 2011 at Gateway Medical Center. She was born June 10, 1925 in Marseilles, France, daughter of the late Etienne Burdin and Lucienne Hours Burdin. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Sweatt and two sisters.
Survivors include her daughter, Barbara Hall (Darby), Clarksville; three grandsons and two great-grandsons.
Services will be held Sunday August 7, 2011 at 2 PM at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Chapel. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday from 4 to 7 PM and Sunday from 1 PM until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Darby Hall, Gregory Jones, Paul Jones, Roland Ross and Earl Jones.
