Mildred M. Martin, of Fairhaven, passed away on August 3, 2011. She was 81 years old. Mildred was raised in East Bridgewater and
graduated from East Bridgewater High School in 1948. She worked the Shaws Corporation for many years. Mildred was always putting
others before herself and she always kept everyone laughing.
Beloved wife of the late Joseph Martin. Loving mother of Joseph and Denise Martin of Rehoboth, Richard and Monica Martin of AR, and Debra and Joginder Sajjan of Marshfield. Sister of Joseph and Donna Moniz of NC, and the late Robert Moniz. Cherished grandmother of Joseph Martin of Abington, James and Samantha Martin of VA, John and Liz Ray of New Bedford, Pamela and Chad Spangler of Fairhaven, Tricia and Dennis Murphy of Carver, Laura Ray of Marshfield, Andrew Martin of AR, and Amelia Martin of AR, as well as her great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, August 8th at 11:00 AM at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 116 Main St (Rt. 58) Carver. Internment will be private.
