SOUTH BOSTON- Bruce A. Chevalier Jr., 26, of 458 8th St died Monday Feb. 11 at 235 Boston Turnpike Rd., Shrewsbury after being stricken ill.
He leaves his mother Donna (LaPlante) Rogan of Worcester, his maternal grandfather Leo "Shorty" LaPlante of Worcester; one brother Allen B. Chevalier of Worcester; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Mr. Chevalier was born in Worcester.
He worked as an auto body mechanic for Bodycraft Inc. in Quincy. He was also an avid sports and car enthusiast.
The funeral will be held on Wednesday Feb. 13 at 8 PM in the Alfred Roy & Sons Funeral Home 12 Hammond St. Worcester. Burial will be at a later date in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Calling hours are on Wednesday Feb. 13 from 6 to 8 PM in the Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions maybe made to the Crozier House 10 Hammond St. Worcester MA 01610 or to a charity of the donors choice.
