Methuen, MA – Daniel P. Robichaud, 72 died Monday surrounded by his loving family.
Dan was born in Methuen the son of the late Rene and Marion (Farley) Robichaud and was a graduate of Tenney High School.
For many years he had been employed with Frank C. Meyers of South Lawrence before retiring as a press operator. Daniel was an attendant of Saint Mary’s Church.
He belonged to the Arnold Greenwood Post # 8349 in Methuen and was very proud of his tomato garden, and loved salt and fresh water fishing, he enjoyed summer months with his family vacationing in Salisbury and Hampton as well as the White Mountains. The widower of Anita M. (Desharnais) Robichaud Dan is survived by 6 children; Glenn D. Robichaud, Lynne and husband Rick Bates, Wayne and wife Nicole Robichaud, Kim Prestosz, Daniella Robichaud, and Kenneth and Vanessa, 6 stepchildren; Jeanne Dion, Raymond and wife Cheryl Nadeau, Robert and wife Debbie Nadeau, Catherine Nadeau, Jeannette and husband Penn Michelini, Linda Vermette, 25 grandchildren and many greatgrandchildren sisters Joyce and husband Lee Lucas, Sr., Lillian D’Arezzo, one brother William Robichaud and wife Claire sister-inlaw Sylvia Robichaud and several nieces and nephews.
Dan was predeceased by his brother Rene Robichaud and his stepson John Nadeau.
A Funeral Mass will take place on Saturday at 10 o’clock in Saint Marys Church in Lawrence.
