METHUEN – Doris M. (Ball) Sheys 71 of Methuen died Sunday July 24, 2011 at Lowell General Hospital.
Born in Keene, NH, she was the daughter of Andrew and Florence (Kerr) Ball. A Homemaker, Doris enjoyed spending time with her family, playing bingo and arts and crafts.
The widow of Ralph W. Sheys, she is survived by her daughters, Luann D. Sheys of Lawrence, MA and Lisa J. Apar and her husband Ovannes of Methuen, MA.
One brother Dennis E. Ball and his wife Jacqueline of Florida and two sisters Sandra L. Bergeron and her husband Wayne of Derry, NH and Denise M. Durgin of Haverhill, MA
Four granddaughters Tanya, Anika, Kayla and Tina Apar.
Several nieces and nephews.
Doris was pre-deceased by her sister and brother Barbara Goddard and David Ball.
ARRANGEMENTS: Family and friends may call on Wednesday morning from 10:00a.m. – 11:00a.m. at the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home, Inc., 233 Lawrence Street Methuen, MA 01844. Funeral services will follow at 11:00a.m. in the funeral home with burial at Elmwood Cemetery in Methuen, MA.
