WORCESTER-Paul V. Sullivan, 84, of Worcester, died Saturday, July 23rd in Harrington Healthcare at Hubbard, Webster. He leaves many nephews and nieces. He was predeceased by three brothers, James R., William, and John Sullivan, and a sister, Mary Clifford.
He was born in Worcester, the son of Patrick and Mary (Timothy) Sullivan and lived in California for many years. He was a machinist at Wyman Gordon Company and Douglas Aircraft, and later was an attendant at Worcester State Hospital, before retiring in 1989. Paul was a World War II U.S. Navy veteran. He was a member of the Vernon Hill Post American Legion #435.
The funeral is Wednesday, July 27th from O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue, with a Mass at 10:00 A.M. in Our Lady of the Angels Church, 1222 Main Street. Burial will be private. Calling hours are Tuesday, July 26th from 5:00 until 7:00 P.M. in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society, P.O. Box 845945, Boston, MA 02284.
