Derrell Ray Bosworth, Sr, 66, of Clarksville, TN died Wednesday July 20, 2011 at his residence.
He was born August 31, 1944 in ElPaso, TX son of the late Dale Bosworth and Marjorie Patterson Bosworth. He was also preceded in death by a sister, Marjorie (Sissy) Bosworth.
He was a veteran of the US Army and served two tours in Vietnam.
Survivors include a son, Derrell Ray Bosworth, Jr, Clarksville; two daughters, Debi Woody (Ron) and Dana Bosworth both of Texas; four grandchildren, Joshua Roach, Sara St.Clair, Samuel Woody and Jonathan Hiett and one great-grandchild.
Graveside services will be held Tuesday July 26, 2011 at 1 PM at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery-West with with full military honors. Rev. Jamie Mandrell will officiate.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until 12 noon at the funeral home on Tuesday.
