David Bettencourt, age 38 of Somerset & formerly of Fall River, passed away unexpectedly on July 16, 2011. He was the son of Joseph and Ligia (Carreiro) Bettencourt of Somerset. David was a Construction Worker for Building Masters of RI.
David was the father of David K. Bettencourt of Somerset; the brother of Robert Bettencourt, his wife Mandy, & their daughters, Kaeden and Averey of Dartmouth and Kevin Bettencourt of Somerset; the nephew to several aunts & uncles and cousin to many.
His funeral will take place from the MANUEL ROGERS & SONS FUNERAL HOME 1521 N. Main St. Fall River on THURSDAY at 8:00 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in SS Peter & Paul Parish at Holy Cross Church, Pulaski St. Fall River at 9:00 A.M. Interment in Notre Dame Cemetery. Calling hours WEDNESDAY 4-8 P.M.
