SMITH (Norton) Helen – of North Easton and Quincy, MA. With great sadness the family of Helen (Norton) Smith report her passing on July 9, 2011 after a long illness. Helen is survived by her beloved husband of 56 years, Donald E. Smith. She leaves three daughters: Karen L. Smith of Danvers, MA, Mrs. Cheryl A. Moran and her husband Francis P. Moran of Foxboro, MA, and Michelle J. Smith of East Taunton, MA, a granddaughter Mrs. Bernadette Kerivan of Lynn, MA and grandson Kyle Patrick Moran of Foxboro, MA, three great-grandsons Jordan Kerivan, Zachary Kerivan, Austin Kerivan and a great-granddaughter Alexis Kerivan all of Lynn, MA. Helen’s parents, now deceased, were John G. Norton and Marion G. Norton formerly of Quincy, MA. Helen is pre-deceased by two sisters Marion Gillis and Dorothy Little. In accordance with Helen’s wishes, burial was private. A mass of Catholic Burial was held at St. Theresa of Avila Church, West Roxbury on July 13, 2011. Helen thanks God for her life and for her loving family. May she rest in peace. Burial was at Blue Hills Cemetery, Braintree, MA.
