Sally Morin, 85, of Windham, NH died Wednesday, July 13, 2011 at Parkland Medical Center, Derry, NH following an extended illness. She was born on December 30, 1925 in Boston, MA, a daughter of the late Joseph and Grace Torcivia. Mrs. Morin was a resident of Windham since 2003, formerly living in Medford, MA. Over the years, she had been employed as a clerk for several food markets in the Medford and Boston, MA areas. Mrs. Morin cherished spending time with her family and will be sadly missed by all. She enjoyed playing Bingo as a pastime.
She is survived by her husband, Richard N. Morin of Windham, two daughters Gail Morin-Vining and her husband Robert, and Colleen Armstrong and her husband William, all of Derry; four grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours were held on Sunday, July 17th from 1 - 3pm in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry. A Funeral Liturgy was celebrated on Monday at 10:00am in St. Matthew's Parish, 2 Searles Rd., Windham. The burial followed in the Cemetery on the Plain in Windham.
