Mrs. Patricia Cox Moore, age 65, of Pinnacle, passed away on, Sunday, July 10, 2011 at her home. She was born on January 18, 1946 in Surry County to the late John Harvey and Ocie Lane Cox. Mrs. Moore was a housewife, and a member of the Lutheran Charismatic Faith. She was a volunteer with the Red Cross in South Carolina for more than twenty years. Mrs. Moore is survived by her loving husband, Ronnie Moore of the home; two sons, Ronnie Lee Moore, Jr.(Becky) of Pinnacle and John David Moore of Virginia Beach, VA; one daughter and son-in-law, Amy Katherine Moore Finley (Will) of Easley, SC; one sister, Ruby Reep of Westfield; and 5 grandchildren. Mrs. Moore was preceded in death by one brother, Edgar Ray Cox. Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, July 14, 2011 at Cox-Needham Chapel at 11:00 A.M. with the Rev. Will Finley, the Rev. Robbie Bance and Ford Moore officiating with interment to follow at Whitaker Chapel Church Cemetery. The Moore family will receive friends on, Wednesday, July 13, 2011 from 7:00 to 9:00 P.M. at Cox-Needham Funeral Home.
