Ralph Edward Lynmch Sr., 92, passed away July 8, 2011.
He was a Plant Superintendent with Peerless Manufacturing and later held Sales Management positions in the home improvement industry until the age of 84. After retirement, he was a dedicated volunteer at Southwest Hospital.
He was an Army and Air Force veteran of WWII and the Korean War.
His greatest priority during his life was his family. He was a life time member of St. Clement Catholic Church. We were blessed to have such a loving father and grandfather.
He is preceded in death by his wife of 42 years, Anna May.
Survivors include his children, Ralph E. Lynch, Jr., Laura Lynch, Leslie Shorten, Diane Bowling (Ralph); grandchildren, Lauren Hodgins (Ken), Kelly Mackin, Bailey and Camryn Shorten, Jennifer Lett (Alan), and Lauren Bowling; and two great grandchildren.
Funeral Mass will be 11am Monday at St. Stephen Martyr Catholic Church, 2931 Pindell Avenue with burial in Calvary Cemetery.
Visitation will be Sunday 2-8 at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway.
