Lefever, Galen Hans of Marshfield July 4, at the age of 68. Beloved husband of Elaine (Nicholson) Lefever. Brother of Mark Lefever of New Bedford. Son-in-law of Ann Nicholson of Kingston. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends. Galen was born and raised in New Bedford. He graduated from New Bedford High School and attended Boston University and Cape Cod Community College.
Galen was a retired Computer analyst for Perot Systems and was a former employee of Harvard Pilgrim Health. Galen and Elaine traveled throughout the world while working in the travel business. He was very athletic and was an avid golfer and tennis player.
A Memorial Service will be held at the North Community Church 72 Old Main Street, Marshfield on Wednesday July 13 at 11:00 am.
