Marie Yvonne (Choquette) Bohan, 92, of New Bedford died Saturday February 7, 2004 at Hathaway Manor. She was the wife of the late John Dennis Bohan of Mamaroneck, New York.
Born in New Bedford, the daughter of the late Emery J. and Mary Ann (Gilbert) Choquette, she lived in Mamaroneck for many years before returning to this area.
She is survived by two daughters, Patricia Bohan Anderson of Mamaroneck and Catharine Bohan Finnerty of New Bedford; two sons-in-law, Paul G. Anderson of Mamaroneck and Joseph S. Finnerty of New Bedford; eight grandchildren; and fifteen great-grandchildren.
A private Funeral Mass was celebrated on Tuesday morning in Holy Name of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church. Burial followed in St. Mary's Cemetery. Visiting hours were omitted. Remembrances may be made to Holy Name of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish, 121 Mount Pleasant St., New Bedford, MA 02740.
