ELSIE F. SKAGGS, 86, of Louisville, passed away Thursday, June 30, 2011.
She was a member of First Cumberland Presbyterian Church and Eastern Star Evening Star Chapter 374.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Arnold Skaggs.
She is survived by her daughter, Linda Zimmerman (Michael); grandchildren, Michael Zimmerman (Shawna) and Teri Peniston (Chris); great grandchildren, Jakob and Blake; and her sister, Annie Bea Johnson.
Her service will be 11am Tuesday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway, with burial in Fairview Cemetery, in Leitchfield, KY. Visitation will be at the funeral home Sunday 1-8pm.
