Patrick Lynn Deugaw, 71, of Clarksville died Wednesday June 29, 2011, Vanderbilt Medical Center.
He was born in Detroit, MI, July 6, 1939 the son of Lester A. Deugaw and Rita Manion Deugaw.
He was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, Boy Scouts and retired SFC E-7 from the US Army.
He is survived by his wife Margaret Deugaw of Clarksville, two sons Mark (Nancy) Deugaw of Munford, TN, Dale Deugaw of San Diego, CA, two grandchildren Danielle(Cody) Smith and Andrew(Britney) Burns and one great grandson Noah Smith.
Visitation will be 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM Monday at the funeral home and 9:00 AM until the hour of service on Tuesday at the church.
Funeral service will be Tuesday 10:00 AM at Grace Lutheran Church with Rev. Larry Peters officiating. Burial will be at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery-West with full Military Honors. Military will serve as pallbearers.
