Mr. Robert D. DeBlosi, C.P.A. age 66 of Medford died Monday at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was the husband of Janice (Sutter) DeBlosi with whom he shared more than 37 years of marriage. Born in Somerville, son of the late Leo and Emma (Soccocia) DeBlosi, he is a graduate of Somerville High School, class of 1963 and is a 1969 graduate of Bentley College, where he received his degree in accounting. Mr. DeBlosi is a former member of the U.S.Army Reserve. He was an avid golfer and often played at the Unicorn Golf Club in Woburn. Mr. DeBlosi was a member of the Board of Directors of the East Boston Saving Bank. He loved to travel and recently he and his wife took a trip to Italy. Mr. DeBlosi was the owner of Robert D. DeBlosi CPA, an accounting firm in Winchester He was also a member of the American Institute of CPA’s. Nothing gave him more enjoyment than spending time with his wife and family. The grandchildren affectionately called him “Papa”. In addition to his wife, He is survived by three daughters: Gina DiCenso and her husband Ronald of Revere, Nicole DeBlosi and her wife Rachel Kramer of NY and Robin DeBlosi of Medford, four grandchildren, Derek, Jagger, Raquel- Alexa DiCenso and Ilan Robert Kramer-DeBlosi, three sisters: Barbara Flaherty and her husband James of ME, Theresa Mills of FL., Patricia Fairbanks and her husband Henry of W. Townsend, three brothers: Louis DeBlosi of Townsend, Edward Wojcuilewicz of W. Townsend, Michael Wojcuilewicz and his wife Bernadette of W. Townsend. Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home 306 Main Street Medford, Friday at 9:00 AM. A funeral Mass will be held in St. Clement Church, 71 Warner Street, Medford, at 10:00 am. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Thursday 4 – 8 PM.
