Lori Anne (Barlow) Chouinard, 46, of Dartmouth died Monday, June 27, 2011 at home after a courageous battle with cancer. She was the wife of James L. Chouinard.
Born in Fall River, daughter of Andrew D. Barlow of Westport and the late Anne M. (Perry) Barlow, she had lived in Westport for most of her life. Mrs. Chouinard was an insurance broker for Bosworth Insurance Company in New Bedford for over 20 years. She enjoyed spending time with her family.
Including her husband and father, survivors include a son: Zachary J. Chouinard; a brother: Mark A. Barlow of PA; 4 sisters: Lisa A. Farias of Fall River, JoAnne Wells of Freetown, Carol A. Steiblin of Westport and Kelli A. Towers of Westport; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral to which relatives and friends are invited will be Thursday, June 30, 2011 at the Potter Funeral Home at 11:30 A.M.
Calling hours Thursday 9:30 – 11:30 A.M. prior to the service.
Interment in Beech Grove Cemetery, Westport.
