WORCESTER___Richard W. Dailida, 61, 0f 27 Southold Rd., died Wednesday Feb. 4 in St. Vincent Hospital at Worcester Medical Center.
He leaves his wife of 25 years, Dorothy A. (Trotta) Dailida; his mother, Anele (Kazemekas) Dailida of Worcester; a sister, Barbara Scola of Kennebunk, ME., and nephews and nieces. A sister, Diane Houle of Auburn died in 1971. He was born in Worcester, his father was the late William Dailida.
Mr. Dailida worked for the City of Worcester Street Dept. several years before retiring. Before then he was a construction worker many years for R.H. White Co. He was educated in Worcester schools. Mr. Dailida was an associate member of Auburn Lodge of Elks, the Vernon Hill Post American Legion and the Lithuanian Naturalization Club.
The funeral will be held on Saturday Feb. 7 from DIRSA-MORIN FUNERAL HOME, 298 Grafton St., with a Mass at 1 P.M. in St. Catherine of Sweden Church, 1 Wiser Ave. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery. Calling hours are Saturday Feb. 7 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the funeral home.
