Dorothy Ann Clark, age 79 of Clarksville, TN, died Sunday, June 26, 2011 at her home.
She was born October 20, 1931 in Montgomery County, daughter of the late Helen and James M. Holt. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Harry M. Clark; two brothers, Billy J. Holt and Charles T. Holt; and a granddaughter, Elizabeth Renee Clark.
Dorothy was a retired nurse, and had worked at Clarksville Memorial Hospital and General Care Convalescent Center. She was a Baptist and a member of Excell Baptist Church.
Survivors include son, David J. Clark (Linda); daughter, Debbie Young (Ricky); sister, Patricia Bagwell; three grandchildren, Mary Beth Tamboia (Glenn), Clark Young (Julie) and Harry J. Clark; and six great-grandchildren, Allison, Natalie, Jimmie, Jeremy, Paris, and Hayden.
Services will be held Wednesday, June 29, 2011 at 1 p.m., at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Chapel, with Rev. Terrell Marcom officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 4 to 7 p.m. and Wednesday from 11 a.m. until the hour of the service at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be David Clark, Clark Young, Jeff Holt, Jeffrey Holt, Jr., Tommy Holt, Glenn Tamboia, Ricky Young and T.C. Hall.
