Donald Lee “Boob” Bovinet, 77, of Jeffersontown, Ky, died Sunday, June 26, 2011.
He leaves to cherish his precious memory his beloved wife, Judy, along with their children: ‘Nita Brockman (Jim); Marsha Breil (Ted); Jac Bovinet (Celeida); Scott Clark (Phyllis); Joy Johnson (Bill) and Eric Clark (Mandie); as well as 13 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. He also leaves behind his brother, Charles Bovinet (Betty).
He is preceded in death by his son, Donald Lee Bovinet, II.
He was a Navy Veteran of the Korean War, Past Post Commander of GI Joe American Legion Post #244, a member of Middletown VFW #1170, and was a member of IBEW Local 369.
Funeral Service will be 7 pm Wednesday June 29, 2011 at Owen Funeral Home-Jeffersontown 9318 Taylorsville Rd. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 2pm until time of service.
