
Mary (Maduri) Pucillo, formerly of Boston’s North End, died Sunday evening at the Everett Nursing & Rehabilitation Home. She was 98.
The devoted daughter of the late Panteleone and Rosaria (Visconi) Maduri, Mary lived on North Street in the North End for most of her life. She was a devoted mother and a friend to many. Mary worked as a seamstress for many years, but always found time to cook and care for her family.
The beloved mother of Richard Pucillo of Revere and his late wife Joanne Pucillo, Mary is survived by three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She was a dear sister to Sam Maduri of NH, Catherine Pagliuca of the North End, Teresa Rizzari of the West End, the late Joseph Maduri and Helen Regnetta. Mary also leaves many dear nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are respectfully invited to visit at the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford, Wednesday from 4 thru 8 p.m. and again on Thursday morning, June 30th, at 9 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Stephen Church, Hanover St., Boston at 10 AM. Services will conclude with burial at Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.
