Smith, Sarah Lynn Harper 70 of Louisville passed away on Wednesday, June 22, 2011.
She was a Christian by faith, preceded in death by her parents John and Beulah Harper and her loving husband
Terry Smith. Survivors include her three children, sons Richard Sheridan Harper Smith, Kent Douglas Smith and her daughter Samantha Kay Smith; and her loving dog Otis.
Her funeral service will be 11 am Tuesday at Owen Funeral Home-Jeffersontown 9318 Taylorsville Rd.
Visitation will be Monday from 1-6 pm at the Funeral Home.
