Paul W. Stolpner, 64

Dateline: Norton, MA

Paul W. Stolpner, 64, of Norton, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family on Saturday June 11, 2011. He was the beloved husband of Judith A. (Saliewicz) Stolpner, to whom he was wed on August 1, 1969.
Born in the Dorchester, MA on September 20, 1946, he was a loving son of the late Walter and Roberta (Bowles) Stolpner.
Paul grew up and was educated in the Hyde Park section of Boston and was a 1964 graduate of Hyde Park High School.
A retired welder, Mr. Stolpner spent his entire career working for the CSX Railroad Co. in Readville prior to retiring.
Paul had made his home in Norton for the past 36 years and had formerly resided in Hyde Park. His family was the love of his life and he treasured the times spent with his grandson and especially attending his sporting events.
In addition to his beloved wife of over 41 years he is survived by his devoted son Jason P. Stolpner and his wife Tracey of Norton. The dear brother of Joan Hussey and her husband Gerry of Brockton, Diane Monahan and her husband James of Foxboro, Jeff Stolpner of Plymouth and Richard Stolpner of Virginia, he is also survived by his cherished grandson Cameron J. Stolpner of Norton as well as his brother and sister in laws Nancy, Ann, Janet, Robert and Vincent, and many nieces and nephews whom he loved very much.
A private memorial service will be held at the convenience of his family. Visiting hours are omitted and burial will be private.
