In Norton, June 6, 2011, lifelong resident of Taunton, Martha Peterson daughter of the late Frank and Mary (Tracy) Peterson died peaceful at Epoch of Norton at the age of 86. Born in Taunton Martha was a graduate of Taunton High School class of 1943. She was retired from AT&T as an operator for forty one year’s retiring in 1985. Martha was a member of AARP and the Telephone Pioneers. She was the sister of Kathleen Peterson of Norton and the late Florence, Frank, Russell and Edward Peterson. Aunt of Ester Peterson of East Greenwich, RI, Tina Peterson of Narragansett, RI, Juanita Ramsay of East Greenwich, RI, Nancy Kandarian of Taunton, Russell Peterson Jr. of Taunton, Mary Brady of Raynham and six great nieces and six great nephews. Sister in-law of Catherin Peterson of Taunton. A prayer service will be held at the O’Keefe-Wade Funeral Home, 70 Washington Street in Taunton Wed, June 8th at 10 AM.
