Virginia “Ginnie” Poulin,79, of Manchester, died June 2, 2011. She was born in St. Johnsbury VT January 18, 1932, to Raymond and Petrena (Harran) Drew. She was raised in Weymouth MA and later moved to Manchester in 1993.
For some time Ginnie worked as a waitress at Denlys Pizza. Until 2005 she was the proprietor of Whimsical Treasures. Later she became the manager of Manchester Dart Supply until 2010.
She enjoyed all types of crafts including knitting, and crocheting. She played darts in the Granite State Dart League. Prior to her illness she had been living at the Varney Apartments.
Ginnie will be remembered as a loving, and friendly person, who easily made friends. She loved spending time with family and friends, she will be missed.
Family members include her children, Denise Raymond, of Goffstown, Jeffrey Poulin, of Manchester, Chris Poulin, of Goffstown; 16 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; a sister Vivian Darling; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was predeceased by her husband Ray Poulin, and her grand child Kelly Poulin.
A funeral Liturgy was celebrated on Saturday, June 11, 2011 at Lambert Funeral Home and Crematory, 1799 Elm St. Manchester.
Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
