Changelian, George, of Lexington , June 1, 2011,age 87; after a year-long battle with glioblastoma. He leaves behind his loving wife of 59 years, Anahid Karoghlanian and their four children and respective spouses and eleven grandchildren: Nina ( and Alan Aitken of Waterbury Center, VT and Analina, Geordy), Paul (and Diane Parseghian of Northville, MI and Armen, Haig, Tamar), Mark of Lexington, MA (Mathew,Nicholas, Linnea, Ashley) and Andrew (and Ani Koroghlian of Bedford, MA and Sena, Ara). He also leaves behind brother-in-law Stephen Karoghlanian and sisters-in-law Roseanne Chebookjian, Araxie Sudjian, Berjoohi Jelalian and Beatrice Changelian. He was the proud uncle to eleven nieces and nephews of the Chebookjian, Sudjian, Jelalian and Changelian families. He was predeceased by his parents, Paul and Gladys Changelian, brother Charles Cangelian of Arlington. brothers-in-law John Sudjian (Philadelphia), Shant Chebokjian (Lexington), Albert Jelalian (Bedford) and nephew David Changelian (Arlington).
Funeral service at Saint Stephen's Armenian Apostolic Church, 38 Elton Avenue Watertown on Saturday June 4 at 9:00 a.m. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend.
