Devoted father of Lee A. Cunningham of Los Angeles, CA, Lindsay G. Cunningham of Cupertino, CA, Scott A. Cunningham of Brooklyn, NY, grandfather of Daniel, Brian, Michael, Niall, Beau & Delia.
Brother of the late Wendell & Charles Irving. Also survived by several nieces & nephews. Bill worked for Aetna Casualty & Surety Co. for over 25 years and continued working in the insurance business until 2011. Graduate Boston University.
Longtime member of the Needham Exchange Club.
Visiting hours will be held at the George F. Doherty & Sons Funeral Home 1305 Highland Ave. (Exit 19B off Rt. 128) NEEDHAM on Friday from 4-8PM. Funeral Mass in St. Bartholomew Church 1180 Greendale Ave. Needham (Exit 18 off Rt. 128) Saturday at 9AM. Interment Needham Cemetery, Nohoiden St. Needham. Reception will follow at the Needham Golf Club, 49 Green St. Needham.
