
GLOUCESTER: Judi L. (Jones) Beeman, 58, of Millett Street died unexpectedly, yet peacefully, at her home on Thursday evening, May 26, 2011. She was the wife of David E. Beeman, Jr.
Born in Gloucester on August 7, 1952, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Edna (Pelletier) Jones. She was a lifelong resident and a graduate of Gloucester High School class of 1970.
Judi’s smile was infectious and her enthusiasm touched the lives of many. She was a devoted wife, mother and nana. Her most precious moments were spent with her husband, children and grandchildren, who were the light of her life.
In addition to her husband of twenty-nine years, she is survived by three daughters, Danielle, wife of Salvatore Argentino, Kelly Shea, companion of James Marshall and Courtney, wife of Carlos Goulart; nine grandchildren, Ryan, Gabrielle and Lucas Argentino, Lacey and Kylie Allen, Emily and Haily Shea, Carlie and Brett Goulart; three sisters, Sandra Jones, Linda, wife of Edward Comeau, and Jacqueline, wife of Steven Telles; her father-in-law, David E. Beeman, Sr., brothers-in-law, Kenneth and James Beeman, and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was also predeceased by a niece, Michele Tucker.
In celebration of Judi’s life, family and friends are invited to gather on Tuesday afternoon at the D.E.S. Portuguese American Club, 133 Prospect Street, Gloucester at 1 p.m. Her funeral service and prayers of committal will be held privately in the Dolliver Memorial Cemetery.
