Hephzibah, GA---Ms. Constance Wanette “Connie” Shuman, 57, entered into rest on Monday, May 23, 2011 at Doctors Hospital.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, May 25, 2011 at Bellevue Memorial Gardens, Grovetown, GA with Reverend Brian LaFavor officiating.
Ms. Shuman was a native of Augusta and was a graduate of Butler High School, Class of 1971. She retired from the Medical Records Department, at Eisenhower Medical Center and Civil Service, following more than 30 years service.
Ms. Shuman was preceded in death by her parents, Grady and Mildred Farmer Shuman.
Survivors include her brothers and sisters in law, Bobby and Joyce Shuman of Grovetown, GA, Tim and Laura Shuman of Columbia, SC, her sister, LaTrell S. Gilbert of Hephzibah, GA, four nephews, one niece and one God daughter.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 24, 2011 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Platt’s Crawford Avenue.
