Mary Irene (Breault) Ste. Marie, 94, of Fairhaven died May 19, 2011 at St. Luke's Hospital after a brief illness.
She was the wife of the late Joseph Edward Ste. Marie.
Born in New Bedford, the daughter of the late Joseph E. "Grampa Tony" and Anna (Hobin) Breault, she lived in New Bedford and Fairhaven all of her life.
She was a communicant of St. Joseph's Church in Fairhaven.
Mrs. Ste. Marie was formerly employed by Atlas Tack, New Bedford Institution for Savings, and Monroe Business Machines.
She enjoyed summering in Fairhaven.
Survivors include 2 sons, J. Edward Ste. Marie, Jr. of Fairhaven and Steven J. Ste. Marie of Carver; 2 daughters, Anne L. Doyle of Fairhaven and Jean Rayno of Westport; a sister, Catherine Ricketson of New Bedford; 12 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral from the Saunders-Dwyer Home For Funerals, 495 Park St., New Bedford Monday, May 23rd at 10 AM. Funeral Mass at St. Joseph's Church at 11 AM. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery. Visiting hours Sunday, May 22nd from 4-8 PM. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to Our Lady's Haven, 71 Center St. Fairhaven, MA 02719.
