DAHME, Gerry E. Sr. Of Belmont, MA died at home Saturday, May 7, 2011. He leaves his beloved wife, Joanne, who lovingly cared for him during his illness and her son Rusty; five children, Judy Pendleton and her husband Chuck of Sutton, MA; Doreen Hall and her husband, John, of Everett, MA; Elise Toto and her husband, Brian, of Kingston, NH; Gerry E. Dahme Jr. of Epping, NH and Kris Testa and her husband John of Kingston, NH. He also leaves behind fifteen grandchildren, his siblings Donna Mitchell, Peggy Dahme, Roger Dahme , his twin Terry Dahme, Carol Geist, Linda Massett, Cathy Otter and several nieces and nephews. He is pre-deceased by his parents, Roy and Lillian Dahme, his brothers Dennis and Bruce and his sisters Rita, Keo and Joanne. He worked in the florist business for the last 40+ years and is fondly remembered by the Harvard Square community. A memorial service to celebrate his life will be held on Sunday, May 22, 2011 at 4 PM at Urban Promise (Cambridge Church of the Nazarene), 52 Russell St., Cambridge, MA.
