Madelyn F. Leahy (Sullivan) age 87 of Canton passed away at the New England Sinai Hospital May 8th. Born and raised in Boston, she attended Boston Schools and worked as a Nurses Aid at the Lemuel Shattuck Hospital, Norfolk County Hospital and the Mass Hospital School in Canton. She has lived in Canton since 1957 and was an avid reader and bingo player. Beloved wife of the late Andrew Andersen & Robert Leahy. Mother of Andrew S. Andersen & his wife Kathleen, Karen M. White & her husband Richard & Robert W. Leahy & his wife Sarah all of Canton. Sister of Margaret Sullivan of Canton. Also survived by 11 grandchildren & 22 great grandchildren. Visiting hours at the Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home 455 Washington St. Canton Wedneday 4-8 pm. Funeral mass at the St. John the Evangelist Church Canton Thursday morning at 10:30 .
