Mary Ellen Phenix, 43, of Westport died Friday, May 6, 2011 at Charlton Memorial Hospital. Born in Fall River, she was daughter of Raymond L. Phenix of Westport and the late Carol A. (Garand) Phenix. She had worked as a waitress at McGovern’s Restaurant in Fall River and at White’s of Westport.
Including her father, survivors include her paternal grandmother: Annette (Coulombe) Phenix of Fall River; 2 brothers: Raymond L. Phenix, Jr. and his wife Cheryl of Tiverton, RI and Robert M. Phenix and his wife Cheryl of Westport; her father’s close companion: Katherine Caramos; and nieces and nephews: Amanda, Bobby, Ryan and Madison.
Funeral to which relatives and friends are invited will be Thursday, May 12, 2011 at the Potter Funeral Home at 11:00 A.M.
Visitation will be Thursday from 9:30 A.M. – 11:00 A.M. prior to the funeral.
Interment in Beech Grove Cemetery, Westport.
