Reba R. Harper age 75 of Washington, Illinois formerly of Peoria, IL passed away at 9:00am Thursday April 28, 2011 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born Oct. 25, 1935 in Birch Tree MO, to Homer S. and Agnes S. (Davis) Jolliff. She married James J. Kroll on March 5, 1955 in Peoria. He preceded her in death. She then married Albert Harper on Nov. 9, 1989. He survives
Surviving are her daughters Debra Jo Evelsizer of Milwaukee WI, and Kelly S. Thompson of Washington, Il and one son Robert E. Kroll of Milwaukee WI; nine grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Also surviving are sisters Eula J. Harrell of Low Point, Il and Phyllis Ann Jolliff of Metamora; brothers Len, Dwain, Eddie Jolliff all of Missouri, Stanley Joliff of Germantown Hills, Il and Bob Jolliff of Denver CO. She was preceded in death by her parents, a son Steven V. Kroll who was a ordained minister; sister Mande Rivera; brothers Richard and Robert Jolliff; twin infant brothers and a nephew Kyle Dean Harrell.
Reba was formerly a dance instructor for Arthur Murray Dance Studios, and for many years worked at Kissingers Pharmacy. She loved to make beautiful crafts, was an avid reader, and enjoyed singing and reciting poetry. A Christian women who knew the bible well.
Services will be at 12:00pm Monday May 2, 2011 at Mason Funeral Home Germantown Hills Chapel, with Pastor Chuck officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00am until service time at the funeral home. Burial will be in Spring Bay Cemetery. Online condolences at www.masonfuneralhomes.com
