Thomas M. Barrette, 51, of Village Drive, owner of A Village Barber Shoppe in Greenville for over 10 years, died Tuesday, April 26, 2011 at his home.
Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Dorothy and Henry Barrette. He had served in the US Navy.
Thomas is survived by brothers; William Barrette and his wife Elaine, of Warwick, John Barrette and his wife Kathleen of Narragansett, Paul Barrette and his wife, Jane of North Providence; his sisters; Janet deLisle and her husband, Edward of North Kingstown, Celine Goodson and her husband, Michael of North Providence, Marian Barrette of Greenville and JoAnne Dillon and her husband, Michael of West Greenwich, 14 nieces and nephews and 17 great nieces and nephews.
Funeral service Tuesday at a time to be announced in the ANDERSON-WINFIELD Funeral Home, Route 44 at Greenville Common, Greenville. Burial private. Visitation Monday 4-7pm. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to American Diabetes Assoc. or Crossroads Rhode Island.
