Virginia M. “Ginny” Rizza, 73 of Medford died Sunday at home after a long illness.
Born in Woburn, she lived all her life in Medford and was the daughter of the late William and Mary (McGroy) Young. She was a Homemaker.
Beloved wife of Louis D. Rizza. Devoted mother of Michael Rizza of Billerica, Robert Rizza of Acton, and David Rizza of Burlington. Loving grandmother of Andrew, Christopher, Bradley, Katlyn, Nicholas, Matthew, and William Rizza. Sister of Thomas Young of Medford.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD Thursday at 9 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Clement Church, 71 Warner St., Medford, at 10 AM.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
Visiting hours Wednesday 2 - 4 and 7 – 9.
Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
